Google Play purchases are refunded through Google Play: see Google Play's refund page. Every scene can still be redrawn 3 times for free from the film's editor, and if we can't make your film, email info@onceupon.us.com and we'll help.
Ordered on the website
Orders on onceupon.us.com are processed by our reseller Creem, the Merchant of Record.
- Not happy with a scene? Redraw it from your film page — every scene can be redrawn 3 times for free.
- Still not right? Ask within 14 days of your order for a full refund.
- If we can't make your film, you get a full refund.
- No subscription: a film is a single one-time payment; you are never billed again.
- How to ask: email info@onceupon.us.com from the address you ordered with, or find your order at creem.io/my-orders/login. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
